Junior Super Girl Ambassador Alliance
Severson Sisters and Miss Junior Teen Scottsdale, Gabrielle Arcilla, have teamed up to bring you the Junior Super Girl Ambassador Alliance.
The mission of this alliance is to provide girls with the skills and tools necessary to serve as positive role models in the community. The three components of the program will be friendships, peer-to-peer inspiration, and training.
Friendships will bring Junior Super Girl Ambassadors together through events and interaction. To keep the Junior Super Girl Ambassadors inspired, Gabrielle will send out e-blasts twice a month. She will share experiences and provide tips. Severson Sisters will also manage a private Facebook page for the Junior Super Girl Ambassador Alliance for our Ambassadors to keep one another inspired.
The last component of the program will be training. Ambassadors will attend a special summer training camp put on by Severson Sisters. This camp will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for two weeks during the summer. Week one will focus on what an ambassador can do if they are victims of bullies. Week two will focus on what ambassadors can do if they witness their peers being victims of bullies.
Ambassadors will serve as advocates rather than bystanders and The Junior Super Girl Ambassador Alliance will give them the tools necessary to empower them.
